Betty and Adam were renting in Little Falls and were looking to purchase their first home of their own in a great town. The home buying process can be overwhelming. Although excited about finding their future home, Betty and Adam were afraid they wouldn't find the right home in their price range.
How they found us?
Betty and Adam found us online in February - they called requesting a private showing of a home in which they did not care for afterwards. We had a detailed discussion about what they were looking for in a home and then our search began! It took a few months, but we ended up finding the perfect home for their family.
How was the home searching process?
We were taking on a new listing and had a feeling they would love the house, it met all of their criteria. We sent them photos of the house before we listed it and they liked it immediately. However, they were not the only ones interested in this house! We ended up getting multiple offers on the property. We had the offers sent to our broker so we did not know what the other offers were. Betty and Adam wrote a beautiful letter to our sellers, submitted a great offer above asking price, and the sellers chose their bid.
