We met our seller back in 2019 when it was the ideal time to move into one floor living, the stairs were getting difficult.  However, they just could not get themselves to do it. The thought of packing everything up and actually making a move was scary and they decided to wait. 

In 2023 the time had come, they could not wait any longer.  But there were not many homes to show them.  Fortunately, a beautiful condo came on the market in the Greenbriar at Fox Hills, a  55 + community in Rockaway.  We negotiated a good price, everything went very smoothly, and they are SO HAPPY to no longer have to worry about the stairs.
