These VERY special sellers reached out to us in 2019  to sell their beautiful High Ridge home in the Towaco section of Montville! But as things go they were not quite ready and for various reasons they pulled their home off the market. Then in 2020 they thought they wanted to sell again, we received some great offers, BUT they just couldn't do it and we withdrew it again. NO PROBLEM (although we don't recommend this 😉) After it was withdrawn they were approached by TONS of consumers and also other agents but they REMAINED LOYAL to us. The would not sell without us - they knew our marketing and expert guidance would eventually get them maximum results.

SOOOOOO - We listed for the third time in 2022 and WOW what a result! In a few days we received multiple offers and SOLD for $161,000 over list price. Without the right exposure, they would not have gotten this amazing deal. Congrats to ALL! 👏🎉
