Tracy has known these sellers for a long time, and they are repeat clients, which always means so much.  It was time for them to sell their very large home, they had been contemplating for a while but decided to take advantage of the current sellers market and List in June 2022.  They timed it right.... we received 10 offers in the first week of being listed. 

But as things go sometimes, the first offer they accepted did NOT hold, and that deal was terminated.  Our buyers were next line, so we immediately called them, and they were SO HAPPY.  They grabbed the opportunity to own this spectacular home, and we wish this fantastic family so much happiness.
