It took me some time to make the big decision to move AGAIN (Moved way too many times in my life!), but the love for my grandkids and the idea to be closer to them made me do it. I started the journey by looking what's on the market and went to open houses. On my second weekend of going through 4 open houses, I met Sabrina! The place she was at was too big (and over my budget), so I left not thinking any more about it and did not expect Sabrina to contact me, but she was the FIRST one that actually got back to me and started sharing some other properties that would fit my criteria. One of those places I wanted to go see anyway and when she also sent that same property and asked if i am going- I Said YES! From there on Sabrina became not just my real estate agent, but she became my friend in a way! She is so professional and on top of things- she responds to your questions late at night, early in the morning, whenever needed. She reminds you of things that need to be done. She is some sort of therapist too: When we start feeling the anxiety about the whole process, she calms you down and tells you exactly how it is and how it will be! She shares the excitement with you, and you can feel it is real- it's not fake!
That ONE place where we got into contract is the one I just closed on last week! Can't wait to move in and to invite Sabrina, as promised, to a "big fat Serbian dinner"!
