🏡🌟 Sharing in Joy's Journey🌟🏡

It was our privilege to guide Joy, a friend of Randi, to her ideal townhome in New Jersey. Our search spanned Morris and Essex Counties, exploring new construction and established communities. In under 6 months, we found Joy a beautifully renovated Adams unit at Eagle Ridge, West Orange, where Randi once lived with her family before moving to Montville. Here's what Joy had to say about her experience about working with Randi & the team:  I highly recommend Randi Bennett without any hesitation. I decided to move from Long Island to New Jersey to be closer to my grown children and their families.  As I had been in my home for 35 years and loved in the general area my whole life this was a very difficult move for me.  Randi couldn’t have been nicer or more understanding. Although I did have some geographic limitations as determined by my children’s homes, I otherwise was undecided about many aspects of my search.  Randi was extremely kind and patient and was a tremendous help in having me focus and narrow down my considerations.  She is extremely knowledgeable in the areas I was looking in (mostly Essex and Morris counties) and had a great familiarity with what different towns had to offer. In viewing potential places to purchase she had a keen eye for quality of exterior construction as well as interior finishings. I never felt rushed by her as she clearly planned her showings with more than adequate time. She was diligent in looking at comps and therefore well aware of value. I am extremely happy with my final choice - I know I couldn’t have done better with my choice for a home and my realtor.
