After the passing of their mom, our sellers had the task of selling their childhood home. Never easy. They came very close to signing with someone else, who wanted to list the home lower than they wanted, a common occurrence. They could not agree, the agent got frustrated, and our sellers started researching other agents. We were called in January, and we actually thought the list price the other agent suggested was low as well. We believed in the value of their home! We recommended a higher list price, came up with a strategy, and got to work. We held 2 open houses with over 50 groups through, had 22 private showings, created an amazing social media campaign, which resulted in multiple offers.
